2018 General Assembly News: Wednesday, Jan. 10

This will be updated throughout the day as news comes in from the General Assembly in Richmond. We are in an even-year long session which means it will last two months (as opposed to 45 days during short sessions in odd-numbered years).

Commonwealth Prayer Breakfast kick-off for 2018 Session started the day at 7:00 a.m. at the Richmond Convention Center.

Welcome Back to Richmond as lawmakers, staff, lobbyists, and visitors return to spend January and February in the capital city.
