In this discussion between Paul Gigot and Dan Henninger, we learn of a number of court cases winding their way through the system that challenge a key element of Obamacare: whether the premium subsidies given to some enrollees must be paid through the state insurance exchanges, as the law requires, or whether the subsides can be paid through both the state and federal exchanges, as is currently happening. The Journal calls this a “self-destruct mechanism.” A catchy headline. But it may also be true:
