  • There’s only one candidate who leaves me 100% certain that she won’t support any tax hikes or other expansion of government.

Apparently the voting is over. I am disappointed not to be able to cast my enthusiastic support for EW Jackson. Mr. Jackson has several advantages the others don’t in my estimation. As a black American, he can deliver the message of conservatism without the ‘bias’ of being white. More important to me, Mr. Jackson has had a great deal of experience in life but essentially NONE as a POLITICIAN. Politicians quickly begin to think like politicians and we suffer the results. Mr. Jackson does not think like a politician. He thinks like a smart, well-educated man with common sense and integrity. That’s what we need in all levels of government!

    • Still open. Not sure what the issue is, but you should still be able to vote.

  • Steve Martin all the way^-^

    Go Steve Martin!

  • Jeannemarie Davis

I have heard some very good things about Delegate Scott Lingamfelter. Of all the responses in this article I find his to be head and shoulders above the rest. We lost miserably in 2012 and we need someone with real integrity, a solid game plan and the courage to see it through. Scott’s my horse.

  • Bob McDonnell

Jeannemarie Davis 4 LG! (The only one who can actually win in November)

    • That’s what they said about Romney.

I’m hearing a great deal more substance from Pete Snyder than from any of the other candidates. I think he has the knowledge needed to lead Virginia in the right direction.

  • My choice for the nomination doesn’t matter. Since the State Central Committee changed the rules in the middle of the game to benefit their preferred gubernatorial candidate, this is going to be decided at a convention instead of a primary, and I won’t have an opportunity to vote on our nominee.
