“We have had several reports today of Romney, Allen, Hurt, and other Republican leaning signs being stolen or defaced in the Charlottesville area (15 signs stolen in Ruckersville, equal amount stolen in Charlottesville).” The picture below is of a sign “stolen in Crozet” that was “defaced, and replaced.” (click on image to enlarge)
The “November is Coming” tag line is being pushed by Americans for Prosperity, a group the left hates (obviously) with a passion, and an advertiser on Bearing Drift.
Should we be shocked or outraged? If you wish. I put it down as another instance of the left trying to shout down (as they did to Victoria Cobb in Richmond) or otherwise intimidate those with whom they disagree.
At least in Victoria’s case, the lefties had the guts to vent their anger in person. The defaced AFP sign, though, smacks of juvenile cowardice.
Or it’s Godwin’s Law in action.
