Watching This Week on ABC this weekend, and learned that when anyone criticizes President Obama, MSNBC contributor Michael Eric Dyson thinks you are a racist.
“When you hear Republicans say that President Obama is being a bully, you hear racial subtexts?” ABC host Jack Tapper asked.
“Of course,” Dyson answered.
Attention everyone! The word “bully” is now a racist term.
Better not talk about the President’s “bully pulpit” – that’s now racist, I guess.
Dyson also took a shot at white liberals, saying they play into “racial scripts.”
Even Democrats who might support Obama, but not enough to please Mr. Dyson, are now racists.
I guess we better all get ready. It’s an election year, and any criticism, or even a substandard amount of adulation, of Obama means you are a racist.
I spent 8 wonderful years opposing President Clinton. Voted against him twice. If only there were blogs, we could’ve archived some brilliant commentary about the disagreements I had about him.
Bill Clinton is, and according to intern testimony was, a man.
I opposed him. That obviously makes me a feminist.
That’s what Obama and dimwits like Michael Eric Dyson have taught me.
Barack Obama taught constitutional law for 12 years. During those 12 years alone, the Supreme Court overturned dozens and dozens of laws. For him to say the Supreme Court overturning a law passed by Congress would be “unprecedented” might not make him a bully.
But it sure makes him stupid.
Now don’t attack me, Mr. Dyson. Remember, I’m a feminist.
