Americans for Prosperity is ginning-up the ad war against the Obama administration. According to a press release, the group’s first ad buy of 2012 is a $6 million effort targeting six states (including Virginia) focused on the collapse of Solyndra:
Virginians can expect a wave of ads like this between now and election day. With a high-profile Senate race featuring the President’s friend, Tim Kaine, and the administration’s decision to do what’s necessary to keep Virginia’s electoral votes in Mr. Obama’s corner, finding a non-political ad on the air come October might be close to impossible.
Welcome to the big leagues.
