434.376.2451 and 434.525.5515 are your offending numbers, both from Lynchburg, and both VOIP — the 5515 coming from IP 67.163.98.78 — a Comcast Cable line, with a simple WHOIS IP search giving me the following information:

So I called the abuse hotline… pressed 3… pressed 3 again for fraudulent calls… pressed 3 again for fraudulent calls over a Comcast line or IP… and spoke with Alex who said that the phone calls couldn’t be stopped.. but I could call 877.382.4357 and complain directly. If I was a Comcast customer, I could press *60 to block, or *57 to report to the police.
