While I have some trouble agreeing with these guys from time-to-time, there is no doubt that the worthy successor of “Raising Kaine” (when they close up shop later this month) is the “New Dominion Project.”
I’ve heard rumors that another statewide leftosphere blog is on the way, “Blue Commonwealth”, but “New Dominion” has a nice look, great title, and sensible contributors; I’m looking forward to what they have to say now and well into the future.
“ND” is the brain-child of Kenton Ngo, Aimee Fausser, and Johnny Camacho (all future powerhouses in the Republican Party, when they get their youthful liberalism out of their system). This triumvirate has already been around the Virginia Blogosphere for a couple years in one form or another (telling, when they are all college-age), so their experience is noteworthy (at least when you look at the world of blogging), and their posts have staying power.
The folks at ND are not bomb-throwers (at least not all the time), so it will be fun to read what they bring to the discussion from their certainly different perspective.
Good luck to “New Dominion”…but not too much luck.
