In this podcast, Brian Schoeneman, Norm Leahy and J.R. Hoeft give their editorial take on this week’s biggest events in Virginia Politics.

Specifically, we’re looking at tomorrow’s nomination contest in the 5th District. Both Brian and Jim call it early for Garrett. Jim goes on a noble quest to dismiss the entire primary-convention kerfuffle only to have his idealism squashed. Norm tells us he spent the better part of the week messing with the Washington Post about felony civil rights restoration. And, finally, Brian tells us his Thursday was completely ruined by the Trump-Ryan non-event.
