Tim Kaine announced that he will be taking to the Senate floor today to say why he opposes the Keystone Pipeline, even though he said a few days ago that he didn’t oppose the pipeline, just the oil that would be in it.
uhm, yeah.
Clarifying his position in an email today, he hints that even oil isn’t the big problem for him. It’s that this oil that would supposedly be much dirtier than the typical oil found in most oil pipelines.
That’s it! Tim Kaine is for oil…..just not the dirty kind.
I changed the oil in my car and I immediately rubbed some in my hair and lathered up. See, traditional oil is so clean, it’s better than a bar of Irish Spring. This other oil, however, is just plain dirty. Tim Kaine will have none of that.
Kaine is for clean oil.
Reminds me of Jocelyn Elders, who said the key to stopping violent crime was to invent “safer guns” with “safer bullets” – watch.
