Democrat Governors Association’s Defamatory Fundraising Appeal
By Ken Falkenstein | Sunday, October 9th, 2011 | PoliticsSo, I’m perusing Facebook when the following ad appears:
Of course, the GOP has never stolen a presidential election. That’s what Democrats do, through such perverse activities as keeping dead people on voter rolls, through getting courts to rewrite election rules after the election is held, and through George Soros-funded groups like the “Secretary of State Project,” which has already succeeded in stealing a Senate seat for everyone’s favorite leftist buffoon, Al Franken.
So I clicked on the Facebook ad, and it led me to the official web site of the Democrat Governors Association, and specifically to this page:
So, the once dignified and respected Democrat Governors Association has now stooped to the depths of so many of the other Democrat Party organizations to target its most radical, uneducated, and easily manipulated leftist elements through dishonest demagoguery and alarmism. After all, one of the most tried and true techniques used by leftist radicals to advance their agenda and smear their opponents is to project onto their innocent opponents what the leftists are themselves doing. And the DGA knows that it can put this kind of garbage out there safe in the knowledge that it will be utterly and completely ignored by its faithful leftist “news” media.
Could you ever imagine Bob McDonnell, who chairs the Republican Governors Association, stooping so low?

The reason the Repubs almost never fight back against these smears is ______________ (fill in the blank)
Keep clicking those ads and cost the Democrats money!
They’re almost always running the ads cost per click.
I read with interest each of the examples they included to back up their claim.
This is an example of Pauline Kael Syndrome, a disease named after the New Yorker Magazine film critic who allegedly said in 1972, “I don’t know how Nixon got reelected. I only know one person who voted for him.” It is an illness that liberals suffer from that manifest itself in a psychotic and delusional belief that conservatives are inherently evil and that voting for them is not in the self-interest of the vast majority of the population. Therefore, the only way that moderates and conservatives can get elected outside of the ignorant and redneck areas of the country is through voter suppression and stolen elections.
Donate money to the RGA and RNC to fund activities that will one day possibly lead to the cure and elimination of this horrible and mentally crippling malady.
HisRoc,
You perhaps have sold short the schizoid left, They hold to the belief that almost everybody outside of a small group of wise and noble people are too stupid to know what’s best for them. Therefore they have to deceive their own supporters as well as the rednecks. That’s how they define being the “spokesmen” for the hoi polloi.
They also have to suppress the vote and use vote fraud to counter the voting tendencies of deviants such as the military and business community. This is a good vote fraud as opposed to a bad vote fraud because it is always the result that matters. The leftist obsession with new laws is Not for the purpose of following them. It is to always have some rule to use for every occasion. No matter that some contradictory rule exists also. Tomorrow you may need to do the opposite of what you did today.
