Habeeb ahead comfortably in the 8th District
By JR Hoeft | Wednesday, December 15th, 2010 | PoliticsIn the special election to replace Congressman-elect Morgan Griffith in the Virginia House of Delegates, Republican Greg Habeeb has a lead over his Democratic opponent among likely voters 61-23, sources close to the campaign tell Bearing Drift.
The poll comes on the heels of news that the Democratic candidate’s home was foreclosed and sold at auction last year following a very “messy divorce”.

What do the real polls look like?
“sources close to the campaign tell Bearing Drift.”
That does not seem “unbiased?” It seems unreliable.
honestly that is the only kind of poll you will get in a race like this. However Habeeb would have to mess up bad to lose the race in that district. He is a strong candidate in a Republican district and will be in the General Assembly in a few weeks.
