Fimian continues assault on Herrity’s voting record in new ad
By Alan Moore | Thursday, May 27th, 2010 | Politics11th congressional district candidate Keith Fimian released a new television ad today harshly criticizing his GOP primary opponent Pat Herrity.
Perhaps “harsh” isn’t the best word to describe the ad. “Red meat” is probably a more suitable phrase. Keith Fimian has been hammering Pat Herrity for his record on taxes for a while now, and if his
last poll is any indication, it’s working.
“With Pat Herrity lashing out with false attacks, my campaign released a television spot examining Pat Herrity’s record of raising taxes and fees as a member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors,” Fimian said. “Given the reckless spending and taxing coming out of Washington, voters deserve the facts. They need to be sure they aren’t nominating a business as usual, taxing politician to replace a taxing politician like Gerry Connolly.”

Keith has a huge amount of money to give back to donors if he looses the primary. Keith is desperate! His latest poll released is another act of desperation by his campaign.
- In 2008 Keith had “polling” that showed him within 3 points of Gerry Connolly, in case you don’t remember he got beat by almost 13 points. Just so happens this is the same pollster from 2 years ago.
Keith’s campaign has also a fascination with Disney.Mirror Mirror on the wall ad won’t even be close to declaring Keith Fimian the fairest of them all!!!
La Costra Nostra,
1. learn to spell. It’s “loses” not “looses”.
2. In case you missed it, 2008 was a bad year for Republicans because of the Obama wave.
3. Herrity’s the desperate one, especially with Fimian’s most recent poll showing a major lead in the primary. And both Herrity and Fimian use respectable pollsters, so don’t try to discredit one just because you support the other candidate. Herrity’s first poll in March showed a lead. If Herrity really does still have a lead, like he continues to tell his supporters, then why doesn’t he just use his pollster to conduct another poll and prove Fimian wrong?
Probably because Herrity’s broke. Filling mailboxes with Gerry Connolly’s lies gets expensive.
