Video VPOD: Marsden and McWaters Win

As well as congratulate Senator-elect Jeff McWaters. The Virginia Senate is now 22-18 in favor of the Democrats, which will make it a tad more difficult to pass conservative, fiscally responsible, job creating legislation:
