   McDonnell is in favor of big government.

   He wants to provide transportation improvements by putting more government employees on the payroll collecting the tolls.

   Us truckers are not going to give up easy. When it comes to transportation, McDonnell is in favor of the big government solution.

   Was whoever took this picture trying for an “angelic” look? He even used the patented Ollie North “I’m honest because the camera shot the picture from below me” angle.
