Audio Highlight: Morton Blackwell interview
By JR Hoeft | Monday, April 6th, 2009 | PoliticsThis past weekend, the Republican Party of Virginia met to vote on whether party chairman Jeff Frederick should be removed from office. Morton Blackwell, RPV’s national committeeman, presided.
By a vote of 57-18, with Blackwell passing, the measure carried at 76%. The threshold for removal is 75%. Had Blackwell voted against removal, the percentage would have been 75%.
