Bert Mizusawa Fails to Make GOP Ballot
On Thursday Bert Mizusawa was eliminated from participating in the Republican primary for U.S. Senate when he failed to turn in the minimum number of signatures to make the ballot.
A press release was issued by the campaign:
Three candidates qualified to seek the Republican nomination: Nick Freitas, E.W. Jackson, and Corey Stewart. The nominee will face off against Democratic U.S. Senator Tim Kaine in November.
The Republican Primary will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
