Unless you have been living under a rock for the past few days, you are probably aware of the blatant slanderous lies Corey Stewart has been peddling about Ed Gillespie. [1] Things got worse this morning when Stewart, in a press release [2], demanded that Gillespie appear with him at the March for Life in Washington.
The comments were so out of touch with reality that even National Review [4] commented that they were nuts.
All day Stewart kept up a stream of social media posts, highlighting that he was at the rally. One of them set Ed Gillespie up for an epic burn:

An hour later, Ed Gillespie dropped the hammer on Stewart, not only showing up at the March for Life, but joining somebody just a little more important than Donald Trump’s Fired Campaign Co-Chair:

As you can see, Mr. Stewart was left out in the cold. Gillespie won the day in one tweet.
Gillespie followed up this social media victory with an email to supporters, highlighting his support for the pro-life movement, and refuting the false allegations that he’s somehow pro-abortion, and all without mentioning Corey Stewart’s name once.
That one left a mark.
Stewart’s response is so weak, it’s clear he was rattled by the whole thing.
If photos with people equal policy, then what’s this mean? Personhood bill? Heartbeat bill? Late term ban w/ no exceptions? #EstablishmentEd [11] pic.twitter.com/5kPxcJ0bvk [12]

To be fair, there’s really nothing Corey could say or do to salvage the day after the Gillespie/Pence visit.
Just turn your phone off and enjoy the March, Corey. You lost this one.
