Bolling: 2023 Fall Season Teaching Two Courses at GMU, VCU

The 2023 fall semester started this week. I scaled back to two courses this fall: Introduction to American Government at GMU and Virginia Government and Politics at VCU.

I’m looking forward to another great semester, which will mark my 5th year of teaching at Virginia universities.

I have really enjoyed sharing my experiences with the next generation of Virginia leaders. Stepping away from the private sector and focusing on teaching was one of the best decisions I ever made. I may not make as much money (nowhere near), but the enjoyment and satisfaction of teaching more than makes up for that.

Here’s to all who have chosen teaching as a profession.
