January 6 Committee Announces Added Meeting on Tuesday, Cites New Evidence – Update

Update #2: Confirmed that Cassidy Hutchinson is today’s witness. Could she be the John Dean of 1/6?

Update #1: Multiple news sources are reporting Cassidy Hutchison, a top aide to Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, is the expected witness for today’s January 6 hearing. Today will be Day 6 of the hearings.

An unexpected meeting of the Select Committee to investigate the January 6 Attack on the United States Capitol was announced Monday afternoon.

To be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, the committee plans to present recently obtained evidence and receive witness testimony. It will be held in the Cannon House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
