VPAP Presents ‘After Virginia Votes 2021’
One week after Election Day 2021, the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP) is bringing together campaign staffers from both sides for a civil conversation, “After Virginia Votes,” on election outcomes. The online event, to be held Tuesday, November 9, from 7-8:30 pm, is free and open to all.
From VPAP:
Get a behind-the-scenes look at Virginia’s statewide races at After Virginia Votes, a free public forum organized by the Virginia Public Access Project and hosted by George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government.
The program will include a panel discussion moderated by Julie Carey, NBC4 Washington Northern Virginia Bureau Chief, and featuring special guests:
• Michael Halle, Senior Advisor to Terry McAuliffe
• Will Ritter, Media Strategist to Youngkin for Governor
• Quentin Kidd, Director, Wason Center for Civic Leadership at Christopher Newport University
• Mark J. Rozell, Dean, Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University
Their conversation will provide valuable insights into the strategic and tactical decisions faced during the just-completed elections.
Those livestreaming the event can engage and ask questions using the hashtag #AfterVaVotes on Twitter. You will be able to submit questions to the panelists ahead of the Q & A segment. For more information contact VPAP 804-353-4300 or [email protected].
