As Congressman Denver Riggleman (R-VA 5th) kicked off his re-election campaign Saturday afternoon, hundreds of supporters cheered him on at the Boar’s Head Inn in Charlottesville. Congressman Ben Cline (R-VA 6th) and Congressman-Deputy Whip Drew Ferguson (R-GA 3rd) were there as well as Republican Party of Virginia Chairman Jack Wilson and Nelson Commonwealth’s Attorney Daniel Rutherford who is a candidate for 5th District chair.
Bearing Drift’s Matt Hall and Mike Allers were there to cover the event.
