Three 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, reservists were killed this week in Afghanistan when their convoy was targeted by a car bomb outside Bagram Air Field.
Cpl. Robert A. Hendriks, 25, was from Locust Valley, NY.
Sgt. Benjamin S. Hines, 31, was from York, Pennsylvania.
Staff Sgt. Christopher K.S. Slutman, 43, was from Newark, Delaware. He was a 15-year NYC fireman who was married and had three daughters.
