After much consideration, the Hon. Ashley McLeod has decided not to run for Virginia’s 7 th District senatorial seat, a position held by Sen. Frank Wagner who has decided against seeking re-election.

“While I am extremely interested in pursuing this opportunity to serve, the timing does not align with my current professional position,” McLeod stated. “Thank you to all who reached out in support and encouragement. Additionally, I want to thank Sen. Wagner for his service and dedication to our community.”
