This weekend’s episode of The Score will feature interviews with historian Coy Barefoot on the origins of Thanksgiving, Young Voices’ Jake Grant on “illiberal democracy,” the Cato Institute’s Matthew Feeney on facial recognition technology and civil liberties, and (drawn from the archives) veteran political reporter Sid Davis on how journalism has changed since the early 1960s, when he was a witness to John F. Kennedy’s assassination. We’ll also have a film review from Tim Hulsey.
Earlier today, I recorded an interview with the Virginia state climatologist about two topics: the California wildfires and the outlook for this winter’s weather. That, of course, led to a conversation about today’s wintry weather in Virginia and along the east coast.
