BREAKING: Whitbeck Resigns as RPV Chair
RPV Chair John Whitbeck has announced his resignation as RPV Chairman. State Central Committee (SCC) is meeting today for their quarterly meeting in Richmond, where he made the announcement. His resignation is effective July 21, 2018.

Update #1: The resignation will happen after the next RNC meeting, and be effective July 21.
Update #2: Nancy Dye’s name is being repeatedly mentioned as a possible successor around the meeting hall.
