On the heels of a Federal Election Commission complaint that was filed [1] in April concerning the 6th Congressional District, another was filed on May 16, 2018.
Included are three complaints and the desired remedy (see the Complaint below for full details).
The complaints:
1) Failure to report federal election activity.
2) Solicitation of prohibited contributions.
3) Comingling of funds.
The remedy being asked is to expeditiously investigate the three complaints, the actions of the 6th District Committee and Chairman Sayre, and “all other circumstances which may become known in the course of its investigation.”
