A Washington Post-Schar School poll [1]on Tuesday, one week before Virginia’s gubernatorial election, has Democrat Ralph Northam leading Republican Ed Gillespie, 49-44.
- Ed Gillespie (R): 44 percent
- Ralph Northam (D): 49 percent
- Cliff Hyra (L): 4 percent
- Undecided: 3 percent
- Margin of error: +/- 4 percent
The Washington Post also polled down-ticket candidates.
Lieutenant Governor:
- Jill Vogel (R): 43 percent
- Justin Fairfax (D): 49 percent
Attorney General:
- John Adams (R): 43 percent
- Mark Herring (D): 51 percent
