JUST IN: Tim Kaine, freshly defeated for vice president, tell the T-D’s Jim Nolan this morning that he’ll not seek the presidency in 2020. Kaine, Virginia’s junior U.S. senator, says he’s gearing for re-election to a second term in 2018.
