BREAKING: Stewart Helps Raise Over $1m For Trump In Virginia

Prince William County chairman Corey Stewart helped organize a massive week-long push for Republican nominee Donald Trump in Virginia.

The results?  Over $1 million in funds raised.  From the press release:

Thank you to Giuseppe and Mercedes Cecchi for opening their home and hosting a very successful fundraiser for Mr. Trump. Special thanks to John and Kristin Cecchi for spearheading this event. It was great to see so many distinguished business leaders of Virginia supporting our nominee.

What is interesting here is the financial muscle brought to bear in such a short time.  Stewart has already begun with a “call for unity” with the other presumptive Republican gubernatorial candidates by suspending all presumptive campaign activities.

Stewart’s ability to raise massive amounts of cash has been in question given Gillespie’s reputation and warchest.

Those questions seem to be comparatively erased.
