The General Assembly has, again, come up with an attempt at ethics reform legislation. And in the Senate, it generated some old-fashioned bellyaching from the GOP:
Face it dudes: you have no one to blame for this but yourselves.
Blame the press for your having to cut back on the goodies all you want. They weren’t the ones with their hands out.
