Ad ad hoc committee of three RPV State Central Committee members, led by 10th District Chairman John Whitbeck, released a memorandum to the rest of State Central today. In it, they recommended that Virginia Beach hold a new mass meeting to elect a Chairman and that Curtis Colgate be seated officially as 2nd District Committee Chairman.

This recommendation is just that – a recommendation – and will have to be voted upon by the the full SCC at their meeting tomorrow.
