It is worth noting that on Thursday, the House voted on Medicaid expansion and, no surprise, it didn’t pass [2]. At the same time, the Senate voted to approve the state budget, which included its version of Medicaid expansion.
The budget conference will be fascinating. And yes, the smart money is beginning to bet that the legislative session goes into overtime.
