USA Today [2]is running a survey of the Best Football Town in America. The only Virginia town listed is Blacksburg which sports the campus of Virginia Tech.
USA Today [2] wrote:
Any college football town can supply out-of-town fans with the roar of a rabid crowd and the smell of sizzling tailgate burgers. But to be the best in class, it has to offer strong tradition and community spirit, a unique game day atmosphere and diversions both on and off the field.
