Lt. Governor Bolling: An issue’s an issue no matter how small

Following the hysteria of the pro-abortion culture on life legislation making it’s way through the General Assembly, Governor McDonnell has already backtracked.

In lock step, Lt. Governor Bill Bolling sent out a letter asking legislator to focus on the issues that matter most. [Richmond Times Dispatch]

Bolling wrote: As we enter the final days of the 2012 General Assembly session, I hope you will join me in continuing to focus our attention on the issues that matter most to the people of Virginia.

In other words “Hush, hush. Let’s not talk about abortion. It makes us uncomforable.”

Seriously?

Facing the fight of his life next year against conservative champion Ken Cuccinelli does Bill Bolling really want to imply that issues of life are less important?

“Don’t give up! I believe in you all.
A person’s a person, no matter how small!
And you very small persons will not have to die
