[1]While it’s true that the $55K that Tea Party Organizer turned Senate candidate Jamie Radtke raised in the first quarter paled in comparison to the $1.5 million raked in by front-by-a-long-shot-runner George Allen, Radtke did out do one major candidate.
She raised more than Newt Gingrich.
According to Politico [2], “Newt Gingrich raised a meager $53,000 into his political action committee in the first three months of the year.”
No word yet on whether Radtke intends to form an “exploratory committee” of her own.
