The race for Virginia’s GOP nomination in the 2nd Congressional District is down to the final week and President Barack Obama has made an appearance – in campaign ads for both Ben Loyola and Bert Mizusawa.
During the 2008 Democratic Primary, Scott Rigell [1] donated $1000 to Obama.
