While we were all getting spun up over healthcare, among other issues, Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling announced $13 million is being distributed to localities [1] for 39 energy conservation innovation projects and $10 million in rebates [2] “to help home owners and small businesses reduce their energy costs and harness energy from the wind and the sun” from the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
I guess I should be happy that Virginia is getting its fair share of stimulus money and for renewable energy?
Yay.
