Krystal Ball would like to be the Democratic nominee for Congress in the first congressional district.
She’s young, energetic, a mom, but with precious little experience in anything related to government (of course, this could be a plus).
She also says that she would be a “fresh voice for Virginia”.
So, where is she going to raise money for her campaign?
New York.
According to her campaign:
“We have planned for you something spectacular, fun, musical, whimsical and filled with puppets in New York City on Thursday, October 15, 2009. We’ve rented out the entire production of the hit Tony Award-winning Broadway Musical Avenue Q!”
Sounds like fun fund-raising in the Big Apple.
