Veto session today

Some important issues are coming up for discussion at today’s veto session at the General Assembly: Triggerman, gun law vetos, early voting, and unemployment benefits will all be discussed.

We’ll see how lame the lame duck is. Does the governor have any sway…or is he already on his way to the DNC?

It seems he’s already on his way; we noticed yesterday that as he was cleaning out his desk he must have found the paperwork for that pardon [1] at the bottom of the in-box.

The governor also found Jody Wagner’s revenue projections…seems she forgot to carry the 1…

Seriously, is this veto session really about the gubernatorial candidates and what they think is in the best interest for the commonwealth?

Will Jeff Frederick take a point of personal privilege on the House floor?

By the way, Brian and I are here today attending the LG’s annual blogger day…of which it appears no Democrats were invited (finally, we can have a real conversation).

Should be fun.
