Amy Frederick emailed me and was unequivocal: Jeff Frederick will not be resigning, which should quell any rumors [1] to the contrary.
“Jeff will not be resigning on Friday or any day for that matter,” wrote Mrs. Frederick. “Don’t know who you heard that from, but it couldn’t be further from the truth.”
Additionally, Mr. Frederick has hired counsel to help defend him on Saturday.
