John Wesley Hill’s Quixotic lawsuit [1] hit a predictable snag yesterday when Judge Everett Martin denied Hill’s request for an injunction [2], effectively allowing Norfolk’s Vice Mayor Anthony Burfoot to serve as deputy Treasurer to former Speaker of the House and current Norfolk Treasurer, Tom Moss.
The judge said that Hill could “re-file” an amended complaint in three weeks, which Hill says he intends to do.
