About half-way through Mary Pulley’s report on WHSV.com, Gov. Kaine is confronted by some peaceful demonstrators conveying their opposition to new taxes to fund transportation. The demonstrators were chanting “No New Taxes” outside the location where Kaine was to hold a transportation meeting when the governor approached one of them, touched the protester, and said “Stay off the roads.”
