Speaker of the House William J. Howell [1] has sent a letter endorsing John Hager [2] for Chairman of the RPV. I like this paragraph:
National Republican organizations are taking note of RPV’s new progress. Unlike years past, the RNC’s ‘Victory 08’ operation and the McCain Campaign will work ‘hand-in-hand’ with RPV to elect our Party’s presidential, Senate, and House candidates in November. In addition, the national ‘Victory 08’ operation will be headquartered in Virginia.
It’s good news that Hager is in a position to use his experience and nationwide connections to help the party in this presidential election year. We need to keep that experience in place.
