Sources close to Bearing Drift have confirmed that Vince Haley will be unsuspending his campaign for RPV Chairman as early as tomorrow morning, following a series of perceived missteps with regards to the tenure of interim RPV Chairman John Whitbeck.
Haley, a longtime Gingrich confidant, has made the decision after a series of concerns regarding Whitbeck endorsing candidates within State Central Committee and unit chairman contests, reasons which prompted activists to re-approach the former Virginia state senate candidate.
Haley made the announcement to run for chairman and properly filed his candidacy in January of this year, promising to keep the state party loyal to its anti-establishment roots and defend the RPV Creed against its detractors.
The RPV State Convention will be held at the James Madison University Convocation Center on April 29th and 30th.
