Mark Herring Wins Award for Stupidest Attack This Cycle

Mark Herring, he of little achievement, has won the award for stupidest line of attack (thus far)

Herring tweeted out earlier today the following:

Clicking the link will take you to a story from the Loudoun Examiner discussing how some of the members in the Board of Supervisors, as part of their annual legislative agenda, have toyed with the idea of asking for SB 532* to be applied to the entire state or repealed.

*So State Senator Mark Herring, in one of his rare bouts of sponsoring legislation, asked for a law putting specific requirements in place for Loudoun County officials to disclose information or recuse themselves from land zoning and related proceedings. This provision only applies to Loudoun County.

The issue?

When the bill came to vote, both Herring and Republican nominee State Senator Mark Obenshain voted for the bill.

So Herring is attacking Obenshain for a bill that Obenshain himself voted for.

Moronity.
