At what you say? Doing his job. Seeking justice for those wrongly convicted.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch is reporting that Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is once again seeking justice for a man imprisoned on a false charge of sexual assault.
The AG’s office has filed a brief with the court saying that the evidence is “clear and convincing” that Johnathan Montgomery was wrongly convicted of sexual assault on a then 14-year-old girl in 2000. Montgomery served four years in prison before the accuser admitted she made it all up.

This is who Ken Cuccinelli is.
