As you’re likely already aware, Terry McAuliffe, Democratic Candidate for governor, has resigned his position at GreenTech – the electric car company that he wouldn’t build in Virginia because he didn’t get enough tax breaks and incentives to locate here (even though he said otherwise).
The company, which has been labeled a “fraud”, is facing an uncertain economic future.
The strange thing about our learning of this resignation now though is that it didn’t happen recently or even within the last couple weeks – it apparently happened months ago in December. Yet, McAuliffe was still telling folks in January that he was still building electric cars.
