Personhood clears a House hurdle
By Norman Leahy | Sunday, February 12th, 2012 | Politics, VirginiaDel. Bob Marshall’s Personhood bill passed one of its first legislative tests on Friday, wining approval in the Courts of Justice committee by a vote of 14-4.
Passage of a Personhood law is part of the Bearing Drift legislative agenda.
