Del. Greg Habeeb discusses his homeowner’s self-defense bill on “The Score”

Habeeb, who won a special election the day before session began in 2011, is proposing HB14 – a bill filed to protect homeowners who act in self-defense during a home invasion.
“You ought to be able to defend your property without the fear of someone suing you [in civil court] for doing it,” said Habeeb.

Finally Shaun, something we don’t have to argue over. It just so happens I live in Greg Habeeb’s district, and this is an issue we’ll be talking about come Lobby Day.
